• League City denies gas station along FM 646 (communityimpact.com) — League City City Council has rejected a proposed gas station at FM 646 and South Egret Bay Boulevard, citing its close proximity to nearby homes along Kentucky Avenue. While this specific corner was denied in a 2-5 vote, officials noted another application for a gas station on a different corner of the intersection could still move forward later.
