• City of Lytle…Rowan data center in Lytle applies for Tax Reinvestment Zone #2 for property tax abatements, city public hearing Oct.19 (devinenews.com) — Lytle residents are being asked to weigh in on a proposed Reinvestment Zone that would support a large Rowan Lytle data center project and qualify it for property tax abatements. City Council will hold a public hearing at Lytle City Hall on October 19 to consider designating about 284 acres in the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction as Reinvestment Zone Number Two.
   

• 288 acres proposed for voluntary annexation to Lytle (devinenews.com) — Lytle officials are considering adding 288 acres to the city through voluntary annexation of land west of Highway 132 and north of CR 683. A public hearing will let residents learn more and comment on how this expansion could affect services, taxes, and future development around Lytle.
   

• Arabians back on track; Round two on the horizon (devinenews.com) — Devine's Arabian volleyball team is pushing through district play, including a recent matchup against Lytle on September 29. After a tough loss to Carrizo Springs, they swept Natalia and are refocusing in the gym as they chase a district title, with more key games against familiar rivals ahead.
