The McKinney Monster Dash 5K, Presented by Texans Credit Union, is back on Saturday, October 31, 2026!
🎃 Join us at Bonnie Wenk Park to kick off Halloween morning with a spooktacular 5K full of fun, costumes, and community spirit! Dash to the finish line to claim your Monster Dash finisher's medal and enjoy a complimentary TUPPS beer! Festivities begin at 8:00 AM, and the race kicks off at 9:00 AM!
👻 Registration Details 
Your registration includes entry into our chip-timed 5K, the official Monster Dash t-shirt, a custom race bib, and our signature finisher's medal! Costumes are encouraged to make this morning even more spooktacular. A portion of the event proceeds proudly supports our nonprofit partner, The Warriors Keep.

The Comedy Arena

Hot Butter is a fast-paced night of hilarious short-form improv comedy featuring alumni from the legendary Dallas improv show Ad-Libs.
Inspired by audience suggestions, the cast creates ridiculous games, quick-thinking scenes, and unpredictable comedy completely on the spot. Expect big laughs, playful chaos, and the kind of high-energy improv that made Ad-Libs a local favorite for years. Fueled by audience suggestions and quick-thinking performers, every show is packed with ridiculous games, unexpected moments, and big laughs made up completely on the spot.
Whether you’re a longtime fan or discovering them for the first time, Hot Butter delivers a comedy experience that’s silly, interactive, and seriously fun.
THE COMEDY ARENA'S Main Stage is located on the second floor, on the northwest corner of Hwy 5 and Virginia St. The main entrance is on the first floor, on Virginia St. There is an elevator at the rear of the building as well as a staircase both inside and outside of the building.
ENTERING &amp; SEATING The House typically opens 30 minutes before showtime. Seats are only guaranteed until showtime. Ticket price may be more expensive at the door (if any remain).
All seating is based on size of party and when guests arrive at the show. We have cabaret style seating, so small tables with chairs around them. Most of our tables seat 4 people. If your group is smaller you may be sitting with another group, if it is larger you will have multiple tables next to each other. To ensure a whole table to your group, you need to buy 4 tickets.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No refunds or exchanges offered after the show. Please make sure you purchase tickets for the correct date and time. You may be able to have your tickets moved to a future event if you notify the box office 24 hours before the start of the show to which you have tickets.
There is a 2 Item (Food or Beverage) Minimum Per Person. This means each person must purchase 2 items off the menu. This can be an alcoholic, or non-alcoholic drink, or any of our food items. Once Seated; Food and Beverage service ends approx. 15 minutes before the show ends.

Dez O’Neal Dez O'Neal was dubbed the "Funniest Comic In Texas" out of 500 contestants! He also was a Top 3 Finalist in the 2020 San Diego comedy festival and was jus the winner of the 2021 Fort Wayne World Series of comedy.Dez O'Neal also known as the DOC, the funny doctor living the mantra that laughter works just as good as medicine, is a (Dallas) DFW Stand-Up Comedian introduced to the arts via acting/theatre. Three years ago, he took his naturally humorous personality and his theatre training to the stage as a Stand-Up Comedian, and has built and building a supportive following based off his comedic prowess.
Shawn Lee Shawn Lee is a clean, witty comedian with a knack for weaving humor into everyday experiences. All the way from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and now based in Dallas, Texas, Shawn brings a unique perspective to the stage.
