Shall the City of Anna, Texas Home-Rule Charter be amended to add the prohibition against nepotism to the penalties under Charter Section 14.06, the violation of which would result in forfeiture of elected or appointed City position and a period of ineligibility to hold same?

Proposition D

Shall the City of Anna, Texas Home-Rule Charter be amended to increase the period of ineligibility to hold an elected or appointed City position from five years to ten years for violation of any penalty listed under Charter Section 14.06?

Proposition E

Shall the City of Anna, Texas HomeRule Charter be amended to allow publication of City ordinances, resolutions, notice of budget public hearing, audit summary, and other various notices and materials required to be published under the Charter or other law by means other than newspaper publication (e.g., publication on the City’s Internet website) to the extent state law is amended to allow such alternative method of publication?

“Should the eligible voters authorize the creation of the Town of Prosper Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District dedicated to fire safety and emergency medical services programs, whether the Town Council of the Town of Prosper by resolution may appoint the Town Council of the Town of Prosper to serve as the Board of Directors of the Prosper Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District.”
