- An undercover operation conducted by the Collin County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in the arrest of 16 men for online solicitation of a minor. The office announced Thursday that as part of “Operation Safe Halloween,” which ran from Oct. 26-28, investigators targeted suspects who use the internet to prey on adolescent children. Court records identified two local individuals in the case: 36-year-old Eric Andersen from McKinney and 29-year-old Richard Pickett from Frisco. (Star Local Media)
