  1. A former McKinney man was indicted for COVID-19 relief fraud. He was charged with federal violations for attempting to file fraudulent loan applications for millions of dollars in Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans. The man, Sinoj Kallamplackal Joseph, faces seven counts of wire fraud and three counts of making false statements to a bank. (Department of Justice)
