Frisco Acquires Rest Of Exide Property, Takes Over Cleanup: ‘This Is A Major Milestone’

The city and its FCDC will take over cleanup of the site.

FRISCO, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – The City of Frisco and its Community Development Corporation have acquired ownership of the remaining 102-acres of the Exide property, which was the industrial facilities of the former battery recycling plant.

As a result, the city and its FCDC will take over cleanup of the site, the city said in a news release Tuesday night.
