Please note: If you started the process today but did not get a screen with a ‘green check’ and a unique ID, you did not successfully book an appointment and will need to reregister.

Given today’s experience, we’ve significantly increased our server capacity to handle more simultaneous requests. Please remember, our initial allotment is 7,800 doses. Today we administered approximately 1,000. Rest assured, the City of Frisco is committed to vaccinating as many people as possible. We’re hopeful we will continue to receive more vaccines. Thanks so much for your continued patience and understanding – and thanks for spreading kindness, not the virus.
