Frisco ISD : Help Students In Need With Back-To-School Supplies

Frisco ISD families are known for making sure all students have the opportunity to shine and grow. Whether donating time or money, families know that the heart of the community is in the educational success of all children.

Frisco ISD has 8,500 students in need of school supplies and backpacks for this coming school year. We are asking our community for help in supplying these items. 

For less than $11, you can purchase a kit for an elementary or secondary school student and add on a backpack for $4.75. Together, we can make sure that all students have a strong start to the 2021-22 school year. 

Donate a kit and/or backpack now through July 23.

Backpacks with supplies will be delivered directly to economically disadvantaged students through school counselors before school starts in the fall. The backpacks will also be stuffed with several items from area businesses including reusable water bottles, food certificates and dental kits. Students can also receive assistance through donated service vouchers for student athlete physical exams, eye exams, hearing exams and more.

“Last year, every child in Frisco ISD who needed school supplies and a backpack got one thanks to donations,” said Community Relations Director Allison Miller. “We are thankful to our community for helping make sure all students have access to basic school supplies.”
