Frisco: New Traffic Signal Construction At Coit Road And Lyndhurst Drive Begins November 30

The project is anticipated to take 15 months with completion in March 2022.

(November 24, 2020) Construction of a new traffic signal and turn lane at Coit Rd. and Lyndhurst Dr., at the entrance of Cypress Creek subdivision (see attached PDF of Map) is expected to begin the week of November 30 (weather pending). Lane closures are not anticipated however traffic in and out of the subdivision may be impacted.

This new signal is part of the Coit Road Widening Project that will widen Coit Rd. from SH 121 to Main St. and will expand the roadway from 4-lanes to 6-lanes (3 lanes NB and 3 lanes SB).
