We understand your frustrations – we’re frustrated, too. Please know – our first responders, along with other city staff, are working around the clock to handle problems. Unfortunately, we don’t know when power will be restored by the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). Given this extreme, historic, winter weather experience, we are doing our best help you. Again, if you have a working cell phone, download the ERCOT app so you can monitor electric grid conditions in real time.

In the meantime, bookmark www.FriscoTexas.gov and look for the latest on closures and cold weather tips.
