North Texan Kenna Mitchell filmed the sight in the parking lot of Stonebriar Mall just after dusk a few days ago. Several national media outlets, including Yahoo and ABC News, shared the video.   2. Autism Learning Partners (ALP), announces the launch of four new locations in Dallas, Frisco, Houston, and Round Rock, to serve individuals with autism. ALP is an organization that specializes in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities. There are over 80,000 children in Texas with autism – many of which will benefit from ALP's collaborative efforts with service providers, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.
