  1. Commercial property firm Transwestern is making plans for another industrial park in McKinney. Transwestern plans to develop three buildings in its new McKinney Industrial Business Park on Harry McKillop Boulevard near the McKinney National Airport. The planned industrial campus will include more than 480,000 square feet of space and is valued at more than $18.5 million, according to planning documents filed with the state.   2. A proposed concrete recycling plant, planned for a location one mile from the Heard Natural Science and Wildlife Sanctuary and near a popular soccer park, is getting widespread pushback in McKinney. The McKinney City Council will meet tonight to vote on final approval of the facility. It would be operated by Frisco-based North Texas Natural Select Materials. (The Dallas Morning News)
