Here are the top three stories today in McKinney-Frisco:
- McKinney Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who burglarized the First Baptist Church on Louisiana St. The department released surveillance images Tuesday of the incident which occurred on Feb. 22 around 3:40 a.m. The suspect apparently threw something to break open an office window and kicked in the glass to get in. It's not clear if the suspect took anything. (CBS Dallas / Fort Worth)
- Get ready for new businesses, renovations, and developments coming soon to Frisco! The city has filed multiple projects in the last two weeks through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. These projects include renovations to Hall Park and the new construction of Sonterra Health Partners. (Community Impact Newspaper)
- Speaking of new construction projects, there are five upcoming commercial projects coming to McKinney in the coming months. Those projects include $3M in new construction for a ClearWater Express Car Wash as well as new construction for a Golden Chick restaurant on 1545 N. Custer Road. (Community Impact Newspaper)
