Threats To Frisco Heritage Are 'Unfounded Rumors,' Police Say
Students are asked to report any suspicious activity to police. The school year ends Friday.

FRISCO, TX — Some Frisco students and parents were on high alert Thursday after a tweet from Frisco Police Department pointed to a "potential threat to Heritage High School." Police later cleared the threats, calling them "unfounded rumors."
A district spokesperson told the Dallas Morning News that Heritage students have a full day of class Thursday and a half day Friday before being released on summer break.
During the remaining hours of the school year, police said they will continue to investigate any reports of suspicious behavior, social media activity or other threats.
