  1. Frisco ISD has recognized 19 students who recently scored the highest possible composite scores on either the ACT or SAT college entrance exams. According to Frisco ISD, these students also excel outside the classroom as campus leaders who participate in a wide range of extracurriculars, fine arts, and athletic endeavors. The students reportedly also engage in numerous student-based organizations both in and out of school while taking advanced coursework. (Press Release Desk)
  2. District 121, a $250 million development in McKinney, has announced its first four restaurants: Bob’s Steak & Chop House, Mi Cocina, The Common Table, and 400 Gradi. Three of the restaurants, Bob’s, Mi Cocina, and The Common Table, were created in Dallas. 400 Gradi is an Italian restaurant that has its origins rooted in Melbourne, Australia. The four restaurants are expected to open in spring 2023. (The Dallas Morning News)
