Houston Running Company’s Great Houston Pie Run returns Saturday, November 21, and will serve up a sweet fall morning of fun for runners and walkers of all ages and skill levels. With a half marathon, adaptive athletes half marathon, 10K, 5K and family-friendly 1K to choose from, there’s a race for everyone, making this event a piece of the pie for festive fitness and community fun - all while supporting three local nonprofit organizations.

The morning kicks off at 2044 E. TC Jester Boulevard, where runners can enjoy a beverage and their very own mini-pie before hitting the starting line - because at this event, dessert comes first! It's the perfect way to get a slice of the action before you start the event.

The half marathon starts at 7 a.m., followed by the 10K and 5K at 7:30 a.m. The award ceremony starts at 9 a.m., and the Kids and Family 1K rounds out the morning at 9:15 a.m. The event also offers adaptive athlete start times for participants with physical, visual or intellectual disabilities. Adaptive athletes participating in the half marathon, 10K or 5K will begin their courses three minutes before the respective race start times.
