• Master Gardeners to work with Scouting America at Oct. 17 merit badge event (katytimes.com) — A Missouri City Master Gardener is helping local Scouts earn a Plant Science merit badge at a daylong workshop in Rosenberg on October 17. Youths will dive into plant biology, photosynthesis, pollinators, and hands-on propagation, with a $20 fee covering lunch and instruction from experienced volunteers.
