• NTCC Rodeo to host collegiate rodeo October 8-10 (gilmermirror.com) — A major collegiate rodeo is coming to the Mount Pleasant Rodeo Association Arena October 8–10, hosted by Northeast Texas Community College and featuring teams from across Texas and Louisiana. Locals can catch free slack sessions plus ticketed evening and finals performances, with full rodeo events and even a fun calf dressing contest. NTCC students and staff get in free with ID or season pass.
