BAYTOWN, TX — A Baytown Police officer is under investigation after he allegedly coerced an 18-year old woman to send him nude photos of herself, in exchange for reducing two traffic citations to warnings.
According to a KHOU report, Baytown Police Officer Michael Coppock, 33, stopped the 18-year old driver for speeding on Massey-Tompkins Road recently. (Want to get daily updates about traffic news and other events going on in your area? Sign up for the free Houston Patch morning newsletter.)
Coppock wrote the woman two tickets — one for speeding ticket, and issued another citation for an expired registration —according to a KHOU report.

Later on, Coppock contacted the teen and offered to reduce the tickets to warnings if she would send him nude photos of herself.
The woman sent the photos to the officer, and reported the incident to Baytown Police who launched an internal investigation, and a criminal investigation.

Officials with the Baytown Police declined to comment.
