Friendswood Police Arrest Three Teens In Connection With A Burglary
Police believe the teens may have also been involved in a burglary committed on Monday evening.

FRIENDSWOOD, TX -- Three teenagers were arrested in connection with a burglary reported Tuesday morning at a Shell gas station and convenience store at FM 528 and Blackhawk.
According to Friendswood Police, Justin Land, 17, Hope Gensemer, 18, and Christian Russell, 19, used concrete rocks to break the front doors to the store around 12:14 a.m. Tuesday to get inside.
Police said they obtained surveillance photos of the three teens from the store owner.

Police began searching the area shortly after the break in and arrested Gensemer and Land.
After speaking with Land and Gensemer, police determined the main suspect was Russell.

Police went by Russell’s home and spoke with his family, who said he hadn’t been home since Saturday.
While in the area, police said they heard Russell jumping over fences and was caught.
Police charged Russell with burglary, while Land was charged with minor in possession of alcohol, and Gensemer was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol.
Police are investigating a similar burglary in the area that happened Monday, and believe the teens may have knowledge of that incident.
