La Porte Teacher Accused Of Watching Porn While Teaching Class
A La Porte High School teacher is on paid leave after being accused of watching porn while teaching a class on Tuesday, officials said.
LA PORTE, TX — A La Porte High School teacher who was accused of watching porn on his laptop while teaching a class has been was removed from campus, district officials said.
The incident was recorded on cell phone video by a student who went behind the teacher’s desk when the teacher got up from his desk to help another student.
According to the district’s website, the incident is under investigation by the La Porte Police Department, but so far criminal charges have not been filed in this case.

La Porte ISD placed the teacher on paid administrative leave, where he will remain until the matter is resolved, district officials said.
The teacher's name has not been released.
