Pasadena Launches School Supply Drive To Help At-Risk Students

Collection bins have been set up at Pasadena City Hall and collections of needed school supplies will continue through Aug. 17

PASADENA, TX — Back to school time is just around the corner, and the City of Pasadena is helping to kick things into high-gear with a school supply drive for the Pasadena Independent School District.

The city has set a goal of helping those at-risk students and needy families who may not have the means to afford supplies for the start of the 2017-2018 school year.

  • Pencil boxes
  • No. 2 Pencils
  • Pens
  • Spiral Notebooks
  • Glue Sticks
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Elmer’s Glue (8oz)
  • Dividers
  • Manila Paper
  • Crayola Crayons
  • Crayola Colored Pencils
  • Boxes of Tissue

Collection bins have been set up inside the lobby of Pasadena City Hall, so stop by and drop off any extra supplies between July 19 and Aug. 17.
