Pasadena Resident Killed in Freeway Shooting
A Pasadena man was killed in a shooting on I-45 South.
Pasadena, TX -- Geovanni Jesus Rios, 18, was killed in an early morning shooting on the I-45 South service road on Saturday. Rios, a Pasadena resident, was the rear passenger in a white Tahoe traveling north on the service road when someone opened fire from another vehicle.
Rios was hit, the Tahoe driver swung into a car lot and split, Rios bled out in the back. A cop saw a crowd around the truck and stopped to take a look. The shooter may have been in a four-door sedan.
