Original Story: PEARLAND, TX -- Police are looking for at least two men who they believe shot a Pearland man to death at his home on Sunday evening.

When police arrived, they found 49-year-old man Don Weido dead inside the home.

“I looked out the window and I saw two individuals, I assume they were men, looked like they were trying to kick the door in,” neighbor James Moore told KPRC.

Witnesses reported hearing as many as five gunshots.

Moores wife called 911, but the men had already left.

Police believe that Weido came to the door when he heard the noise, and when he look through the glass on the door, someone shot him at least five times.

The case is under investigation.
