Teacher Resigns Amid Allegations of Inappropriate Relationship with Student
This allegation is only the latest in a rash of similar incidents at other school districts in the Greater Houston area.

PASADENA, TX -- An ROTC instructor has resigned from his position at South Houston High School amid allegations of an inappropriate relationship with a high school student.
The teacher, who has not been identified, is under investigation by Pasadena ISD police, but no charges have been filed, officials said.
The Pasadena Independent School District issued a statement Tuesday on the teacher’s resignation.

"The safety of our students is always our top priority. A South Houston High School teacher recently resigned amidst allegations of an inappropriate relationship with a student. Pasadena ISD Police are still investigating, no charges have been filed."
This allegation is only the latest in a rash of similar incidents at other school districts in the Greater Houston area.

On Oct. 8, officials in Tomball ISD alerted parents to an inappropriate relationship between a 15-year old female student and Anthony Randle, who was an ROTC instructor at Tomball Memorial High School.
Randle was terminated from his position at the high school and turned himself into authorities in Montgomery County.
Other incidents of inappropriate behavior have been reported at other school districts, including three in Aldine ISD this year.
