Police say a speeding Ford Explorer crossed the median, hit a pedestrian, then continued the wrong way before plowing into cars stopped at a red light. No other injuries were reported as the investigation continues.

Texas Logistics and related parties claim this exposed them to double liability and are seeking over $1 million, though all allegations remain unproven and contested in ongoing litigation.
