Citizenship Workshop In Plano To Help With Applications, English

The workshop will educate non-citizens in Plano on applying for citizenship, background checks and English as a second language.

PLANO, TX — Immigration attorneys, speakers from nonprofit organizations and speakers from the Immigration and Naturalization Service will gather on Saturday, Feb. 10 to help non-citizens applying for citizenship.

The workshop, which will be held at the Sockwell Center in Plano at 2:00 p.m., will feature presentations on who can how to apply, who can apply, benefits of citizenship, background checks and multilingual services from immigration attorneys.

The workshop is free for all to attend, but childcare is not provided. You can get more information on the workshop on the City of Plano's website.
