I-75 To Close In Plano, Richardson This Weekend
Plan alternate routes if you're taking I-75 through Richardson or Plano between Saturday morning and Monday morning.
PLANO, TX – Texas Department of Transportation has announced I-75 will be closed in both directions in Plano and Richardson this weekend. Attempting to take 75 could cause you major delays, so plan your routes accordingly.
This closure will affect entrance and exit ramps from 75 to President George Bush Turnpike as well. Starting Saturday at 3:00 a.m., US 75 will be closed completely from Renner Road to 15th Street. US 75 will reopen Monday at 5:00 a.m.
The interstate will be closed while TxDOT crews demolish part of the Plano Parkway bridge.
