Popsicle Dash Dallas Is Coming in Hot on Sunday, July 26!

Get ready to melt hearts and miles at Lonestar Running Company’s (LRC) second annual Popsicle Dash Dallas, happening Sunday, July 26 at Bachman Lake Park, located at 3500 W. Northwest Highway in Dallas!

This 5K and 10K events kicks off at 7 a.m., followed by an awards ceremony at 8:15 a.m., and a Kids/Family 1K at 8:45 a.m. With free parking, popsicle-themed fun and a lakeside course, this family-friendly walk/run is too cool to pass up!

This year, the event proudly supports three nonprofit organizations making a meaningful impact in their communities. Ainsley’s Angels creates inclusive racing opportunities for individuals with special needs, Asher House rescues displaced animals and helps them find loving homes, and LifeGift saves and enhances lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation services across North and West Texas. Together, these organizations ensure that every mile run supports a greater cause.

“We’re excited to bring the second event in our Summer Dash Series back to Dallas,” said Randi Schooley, co-founder of LRC. “The response to last year’s event showed us that people are looking for fun ways to stay active, connect with others and support meaningful causes. That’s the inspiration behind the series - creating memorable summer traditions that bring communities together year after year.”

Medals will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, top three Masters (40+) male and female, and first place age group winners (10-year divisions). Age Group Awards should be claimed at the awards tent from 8:30 - 9 a.m. on Race Day.
