Subject Of McKinney Silver Alert Found Safe
Monte Raines, 79, was found safe in Mesquite Monday. Police report he left his McKinney residence Tuesday morning in a white truck
MCKINNEY, TX — Police in McKinney issued a Silver Alert Tuesday for a 79-year-old man last seen early Tuesday evening at Al's Quick Stop in the 5400 block of Sun Valley Drive in Fort Worth. He was found Tuesday by Mesquite police and is safe.
The man, Monte Raines, left his retirement community on Virginia Avenue in McKinney just before 8:00 a.m. Tuesday. Police say he was driving a white 2004 Chevrolet truck with Kentucky license plate 800WEC and a Marine Corps sticker on the back glass.
Raines was last seen wearing a black Dallas Cowboys baseball cap, a blue and gray USMC jacket, a white shirt and khaki pants.

Raines walks with a cane and stands 5-foot-10. He weighs 140 pounds and has blue eyes. Anyone who sees Raines is asked to call McKinney police at 972-547-2700.
