Speakers Announced For 2018 TEDxPlano Series

PLANO, TX — TEDxPlano has embraced the oral tradition with yet another year's worth of public speakers slated to present at 2018's Ted Talk event. Focusing on a theme or "+" or "plus," speakers are encouraged to tell stories that coincide with the theme — an idea of adding to, improving and growing.

This year's lineup features speakers ranging from Jay Appaji, who plays a Mridangam (the primary drum of South India) to Bishop Curry, a sixth grader who learned drone programming and CAD design at engineering camp last summer.

TEDxPlano's speaker series will take place on Saturday, April 7, 2018.
