• Port Arthur police to dock automated drones citywide for priority-one calls (kfdm.com) — Port Arthur police are preparing to roll out a "Drone First Responder" pilot program that will launch automated drones from sites around the city to reach priority-one calls before officers arrive. The live aerial video is meant to speed response times and improve officer safety, and officials stress drones won't constantly record or surveil neighborhoods, with public flight paths viewable online.
