365 Self Storage facility in Round Rock Sold
The 77,450-square-foot facility housing 678 climate-controlled units ranging from 25-300 square feet sold for an undisclosed amount.
ROUND ROCK, TX — The 365 Self Storage facility in Round Rock has been sold, officials announced this week.
Bellomy & Co. brokered the sale of the 77,450-square-foot sold by Austin-based Storage at TV to NitNeil Partners, according to a press release from the brokerage firm. Life Storage will manage the facility, officials added. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.
Situated at 2000 University Blvd., the storage sits is near Interstate 35 and Freeway 130, some 27 miles from downtown Austin. The site also is close to Texas State University and Austin Community College. Also in proximity are residential areas, with more than 11,000 rental units completed or under construction within a five-mile radius, according to Yardi Matrix data.

Built in 2016, the storage asset occupies almost 3 acres encompassing 678 climate-controlled units, ranging from 25 square feet to 300 square feet. The facility is fenced and lighted, featuring 54 feet truck access, surveillance cameras, elevators and moving supplies.
Bellomy & Co.’s brokerage team included Principals Bill Bellomy and Michael Johnson. In May, the same team brokered a Houston-area storage sale, officials noted.
