Affordable Housing Development, Various City Contracts On Tap For Upcoming Round Rock City Council Meeting
Council members scheduled to discuss resolution authorizing the mayor to launch creation of Shadow Ridge Apartments affordable housing.

ROUND ROCK, TX — Several issues of interest are on tap for the upcoming Round Rock City Council meeting scheduled this Tuesday, Nov. 22.
Council members are scheduled to discuss, and possible approve, a resolution for creation of affordable multifamily housing known as the Shadow Ridge Apartments.
Also on the agenda is a resolution authorizing Mayor Alan McGraw to execute a funding approval/agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development related to the agency's Community Development Block Grant program.

Council also is scheduled to consider a resolution authorizing the mayor to reach an agreement with Navia Benefit Solutions Inc. for administrative services related to employee benefit plans. Another measure seeks to execute an agreement with Kemper Sports Management for the Forest Creek Golf Club.
Yet another resolution will be discussed that would authorize the mayor to execute an agreement with U.S. Foods Inc. for the purchase of food and supplies at Round Rock facilities, according to the official council agenda.

A separate resolution will be considered to allow the mayor to authorize a professional consulting services agreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc., for a water and wastewater utility rate study. Also, a resolution will be considered toward executing a contract with Tank Builders, Inc. for the Lake Creek Gound Storage Tank Rehabilitation Project from 2016.
Another contract with Granicus, Inc., for legislative management software services and video streaming services, according to the council agenda.
Completed minutes are usually available two to three weeks after the meeting date, allowing time for council review and the posting of the final version. City council meetings take place at City Hall council chambers at 221 E. Main St. The city council meetings also are televised live on Time Warner Cable Channel 10. Replays run on the channel at 7 p.m. Sunday and Wednesday and 4 p.m. on Saturday.
