The bistro was located at 410 W Main St,"Round Rock has been an amazing home to the Scarlet Rabbit and its staff for the last three years," owner Rich Taylor said in an advisory. "Soon, there will be a new project to take our place in this wonderful space, so there will still be fun and interesting things to do downtown." A new concept for the space has been developed, but no details have been announced. The new concept is reportedly to be launched this summer.
