Mainly Art (do512.com) — Downtown Round Rock is hosting Mainly Art, a recurring outdoor market on Main Street that features 15 different visual artists each month and more than 120 across the season. You can browse original artwork, shop local, and park for free at Round Rock City Hall or the library garages, while staying updated through the city's arts and culture newsletter and social channels.
2. Citizen Alerts: September 27, 2026 (wilcosun.com) — Several new legal and public notices may affect Round Rock–area residents, including probate filings that list local executors and attorneys, a Round Rock ISD construction bid opportunity, and alcohol permit applications for a business on Louis Henna Boulevard. The roundup also includes upcoming storage auctions, a constable's foreclosure sale, and county bidding and ordinance updates that could matter for nearby property owners and contractors.
3. Boom Ball comes to Dell Diamond during 2027 season tour (kxan.com) — Dell Diamond in Round Rock will host Boom Ball, a fast-paced, crowd-focused twist on baseball, during its 2026-27 tour on Saturday, April 17, 2027. The coed exhibition will feature former college and minor league players, softball standouts, and reality TV personalities, giving local fans a new kind of game-night experience.
4. Loaded gun confiscated at Stony Point High School, 2 officers injured (kxan.com) — A loaded gun was confiscated from a student's backpack at Stony Point High School on Friday, and two Round Rock ISD officers were treated for minor injuries after a struggle while detaining a fleeing student. District officials say no threats were made, the campus remains safe, and the student with the gun will not be allowed to return, though some disciplinary details remain undisclosed.
