• Round Rock Says It Has No Zoning Rule for Zipline's Drone Hub (dronexl.co) — Round Rock officials say their zoning code still has no specific rule for drone delivery hubs, even as Zipline's first Austin-area site begins operating just outside city limits and a second is planned inside town. The city explains it can regulate hub locations but not flight paths, directs residents with noise or safety concerns to Zipline or the FAA, and is partnering with Round Rock ISD's drone program at Stony Point High School.
