The officer died Thursday after succumbing to injuries suffered Feb. 25 when he was struck by a car while directing traffic around an accident scene along Interstate 35. He was a 19-year veteran of the Round Rock Police Department. The Celebration of Life service for Whites is scheduled on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at Shoreline Church (North Campus) located at <a href="https://maps.google.com/?q=15201+Burnet+Road&amp;entry=gmail&amp;source=g" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">15201 Burnet Road</a> in Austin.
