Coronavirus: WilCo Illness Count Grows By 9 To 621, No New Deaths

Round Rock leads the list among all cities reporting illness, with 116 active cases β€” more than all other municipalities combined.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX β€” The number of cases of the coronavirus grew by nine on Sunday from the previous 24 hours, bringing the total count to 621. The number of fatalities remained unchanged at 24.

The statistics are compiled by Williamson County and Cities Health District officials on a dashboard now updated by 4:30 p.m. daily. According to the dashboard data, 391 people have recovered from the respiratory illness since the onset of illness.

The number of new coronavirus cases on Sunday was two more than the seven that emerged on Saturday in Williamson County.

  • Georgetown: 33 cases.
  • Hutto: 9 cases.
  • Leander: 7 cases.
  • Other (cities with less than 20K population): 21 cases.
