ROUND ROCK, TX — Dell is looking to hire account managers with experience in inside sales, company officials wrote in a job post.

The tech firm seeks people to join its Commercial Inside Sales team, describing the ideal candidate as having a knack for helping customers achieve "transformational business outcomes" using disruptive technologies and solutions. Responsibilities

• Works with customers/partners in complex business environments to devise new and innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Responsible for a high number of medium accounts, or a fewer number of large accounts.
• Some involvement in outside sales lead with Inside Sales support
• Viewed as a trusted business advisor to the customer/partner and uses in-depth knowledge of company technology, products and services to help customers/partners formulate strategy and direction.
• Utilizes strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions.

How your experience will help you hit the ground running

• 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience; Undergraduate degree and 2+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
