Frisco: Intersection Near Future Monarch View Park In Grayhawk To Close For Road Work Starting Monday, Oct 5
The contractor will first work on the south side of Koehn Dr. The road work is expected to take 10 days to complete.

(October 2, 2020) The intersection of Koehn Dr. and Menominee Dr. near the future Monarch View Park will close to traffic beginning Monday, October 5, while a contractor completes road work on the north side of the Grayhawk neighborhood.

The contractor will first work on the south side of Koehn Dr. The road work is expected to take 10 days to complete. The intersection will remain closed during this time. (view intersection closure map PDF)
A “No Thru Traffic” sign will be in place at the intersection of Menominee Dr. and Fall Harvest Dr. Residents who live on Menominee Dr. will be able to access the street from the Fall Harvest Dr. intersection and connected alleys. (view detour map PDF)

After 10 days, the road work will shift to the north side of Koehn Dr (view north side road work map PDF). During this time, the intersection at Menominee Dr. will reopen. One lane of traffic along Koehn Dr. will also remain open to vehicles.
The north side road work is expected to take an additional 10 days to complete for a total of 20 days, weather permitting.
