Frisco: Rockhill Parkway (East Of Teel Pkwy) Being Renamed PGA Parkway; Street Signs To Be Placed Monday

City crews will install the road signs for PGA Parkway on Monday, September 21. The name change from Rockhill Parkway to PGA Parkway becomes official the following day. The City Council recently renamed a stretch of Rockhill Parkway ahead of the PGA moving into its new corporate headquarters now under construction in north Frisco.

As shown in the attached map (PDF), PGA Parkway starting at the Teel Parkway roundabout and continuing east to Coit Road. The Rockhill Parkway name will remain unchanged west of Teel Parkway. To the east, the road becomes Virginia Parkway in McKinney. The dashed line on the map shows the section of PGA Parkway still under construction. The new section is expected to open in the next few months.
