Fundraiser Launched For Round Rock Man Shot In Odessa
Efe Obayagbona, 45, was shot multiple times, including on his right wrist and reportedly has shrapnel in a lung.
ROUND ROCK, TX — A fundraising campaign has been launched for the Round Rock man who was among those injured in the mass shooting in Odessa last Saturday.
Efe Obayagbona, 45, was shot while in his truck on a work route, the organizer of a GoFundMe page wrote. According to the post, he was shot multiple times, including on his right wrist described a having been "blasted and shattered." His left arm also was hit, with the bullet going through his chest, according to the account. According to the page, there also is shrapnel in Obayagbona's lung as a result of the shooting.
Obayagbona is described as a family man, with children ranging in ages from two months to five years old. The organizer of the fundraiser said the drive is designed to held defray medical costs and cover related expenses for Obayagbona, who is described as the household's sole breadwinner.
