Indianapolis-Based Engineering Firm Plans To Build Texas Hub In Round Rock
Performance Services bought 16 acres of local land for its 60,000-square-foot site that will create up to 70 jobs within five years.

ROUND ROCK, TX — An Indianapolis-based engineering firm plans to build a $12 million regional headquarters in Round Rock, according to a published report.
Performance Services, an engineering firm specializing in building and renovating municipal, health care and educational facilities, has bought 16 acres of land to build its planned 60,000-square-foot Texas corporate office, the Austin American-Statesman reported. The company already has operations throughout Texas and the Midwest.
The company expects to break ground on its new Texas base in April 2017, with completion expected during the first quarter of 2018, according to the report. The office will create five jobs next year and up to 70 withing five years, the company's president and founder told the Statesman.
