Performance Services, an engineering firm specializing in building and renovating municipal, health care and educational facilities, has bought 16 acres of land to build its planned 60,000-square-foot Texas corporate office, the Austin American-Statesman reported. The company already has operations throughout Texas and the Midwest.The company expects to break ground on its new Texas base in April 2017, with completion expected during the first quarter of 2018, according to the report.
