Frisco: New Sections Of PGA Parkway And Legacy Drive Now Open

In addition, the new intersection of Legacy Drive and PGA Parkway also has a new traffic signal which has been activated today.

(October 7, 2020) A new section of PGA Parkway has been opened to traffic today between Dallas Parkway and Legacy Drive along with a new section of Legacy Drive between University Drive (US 380) and PGA Parkway (see attached PDF of map). As previously announced, a new traffic signal has been activated at the intersection of University Drive and Legacy Drive. In addition, the new intersection of Legacy Drive and PGA Parkway also has a new traffic signal which has been activated today.

Drivers on Dallas Parkway should pay special attention to the intersection with PGA Parkway (formerly Rockhill Parkway) where traffic will now begin flowing to and from the west and the operation of the traffic signal will be slightly different. Drivers on University Drive (US 380) should pay special attention to the intersection with Legacy Drive where traffic will now begin flowing to and from the south and a new traffic signal has been activated.
