No Injuries Reported In Round Rock House Fire

Cause of conflagration along the 1000 block of Pathfinder Way that left considerable damage in its wake is still unknown, officials said.

ROUND ROCK, TEXAS — A house fire that occurred this week resulted in heavy damage to the attic but no injuries, city officials said.

The conflagration occurred on Thursday, Dec. 6, just before 9:30 a.m. along the 1000 block of Pathfinder Way. Fire officials reported that two residents were inside the home at the time of the blaze.

Upon their arrival, fire crews spotted heavy smoke and flames on the right side of the structure. The flames then spread to the attic of the home, officials said. Some 25 minutes after their arrival, firefighters were able to extinguish the flames.

The cause of the fire and the extent of property damage are both unknown. An investigation into the matter continues.
