Rock'N Lights and Christmas Towne: 2015 Schedule

Round Rock's annual holiday light show and carnival will have new displays and larger attractions this year.

Round Rock’s festive light show Rock’N Lights Holiday Light Tour comes back Monday, and this year the show boasts brand new displays that are bigger and brighter than ever as well as an upgraded out of car experience.

The drive-through show has 2 million lights and runs along a mile-and-a-half stretch of the path through Old Settlers Park. This year, the dazzling show will have new β€œstate-of-the-art, animated light displays with multiple themes.” The upgraded, bigger Christmas Towne out-of-car experience will feature a carnival with rides for all ages, a longer light tunnel, live entertainment, and festive food. The event will also included Laser Tag, a light maze, go karts, and a video gaming truck.

The tour begins off of Old Settlers Boulevard on the north side of Old Settlers Park and exits onto U.S. 79. Rock’N Lights admission is $15 for family vehicles, $50 for limos, $45 for shuttle buses, and $75 for commercial buses. The hours are Sunday through Thursday 6 to 9 p.m through Dec. 16.; Friday and Saturday 6 to 10 p.m from. Dec. 17 to 24: and from 6 to 9 p.m on Dec, 25 and 26.

The Christmas Towne out of car experience is located at the exit to Rock’N Lights Holiday Light Tour at the Old Settlers Association and Dell Diamond parking lot and will be free to the public from Dec. 5 through 24. The carnival will be open each night of Christmas Towne from 5 to 10 p.m. and on December 25, 26, and 27 contingent upon weather.
