Round Rock Back to School Bash Scheduled
Annual celebration at Dell Diamond set for Sunday, July 28, will off free school supplies, hearing and vision screenings, fun and more.
ROUND ROCK, TX — It's almost time to go back to school, kids — but that's a good thing. To celebrate, the annual Round Rock Back to School Celebration — an event that drew 11,000 attendees last year — is scheduled this Sunday at Dell Diamond.
Free school school supplies, sports physicals, hearing and vision screenings, food, and fun are all in the offing for those attending the event scheduled on July 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Live music and dance performances will add to the celebratory theme. Oh, and two words: Bounce houses.
On hand will be representatives of the event's sponsors, including those from the Round Rock Police Department, Round Rock Police Foundation, Round Rock ISD, Round Rock ISD Partners in Education Foundation and the Round Rock Express.
