Round Rock City Offices Closed, Services With Altered Schedules For Thanksgiving

ROUND ROCK, TX — City offices and functions — including the Library, Clay Madsen Recreation Center, Allen R. Baca Center, Municipal Court and Utility Billing Office — will be closed on Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday, officials said.

Utility bills and court-related fines can be paid online during the Nov. 24-25 closure.

Residential trash and recycling pickup will shift from Thursday to Friday, and from Friday to Saturday. Questions regarding this change should be directed to Round Rock Refuse, officials said.

But don't let those closures usher in the holiday doldrums! There will be fun events in Round Rock in the coming days to ameliorate your sense of isolation and moments of existential crisis.
